Purchasing manager（ 采購(gòu)經(jīng)理一名）（ 工作地點(diǎn)：昆山工廠- 江蘇）KS0301
    (1) Bachelor degree with chemcial background
    (2) At least 5 years experiences in purchasing or business negotiation in chemical materials
    (3) Good sense of quality and cost and contribute to the Purchasing strategy from the viewpoint of the Chinese Market
    (4) To formulate, implement and update the purchasing stratgy of SigmaKalon China, with medium term targets, annual objectives, budgets and action plans which is derived from sales budgets and stock management.
    (5) To prepare, organise and conduct negotiations with suppliers and conclude contracts while optimising the utilisation of R&D resources availability.
    (6) Good at both written and spoken English.
    (7) Teamwork, intergity and good communicator.
